JB Turner conducts a full orchestra to bring a new boat into the world. Some items come entirely from third parties (e.g., mast and keel), major sub-assemblies are built all over the Lyman-Morse facility, and then hundreds of components are brought in from tens of suppliers. Frequently two or three different components from different suppliers are considered before the final item is selected and installed. Not only do all these things have to arrive in the necessary time frame to stay on schedule (most with multi-month lead times), they have to fit and work together when they arrive!

The major items below are in reverse chronological order so you don’t have to wade through all the history to see what’s happening today.
