Four days from Bonaire to San Blas, about 700 miles for 175 miles per day. We motored a little in the beginning to escape Bonaire. We had a miserable night off of the Venezuela / Columbia border while about 70 miles off shore. Then the next morning our autopilot ripped its mounting bracket apart (bad weld). We headed for the coast and about four hours later the seas calmed down enough so we could connect the second autopilot ram. Then two days of very pleasant sailing into San Blas where we had to again motor about the last four hours when the wind went very light.
